How do pageviews work?
A pageview is counted each time a visitor loads a page with your CrawlGuard script. Bot visits count toward your pageview limit too — detecting them is the whole point.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I hit my pageview limit?
We notify you by email. Your dashboard keeps working, but new events stop until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan is completely free with no credit card required.
What's the difference between detection and blocking?
Detection (Free & Pro) tells you what bots visit your site. Blocking (Business) actively prevents them from accessing content via our server-side SDK.
Can I use CrawlGuard with Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace?
Yes — the script tag works with any platform. Server-side blocking requires backend access, so it isn't available on hosted platforms, but detection works everywhere.
